Peer Counselor

Bridgeways is seeking a Certified Peer Counselor to join our dynamic and forward-thinking Employment Services team. You will be providing peer support to individuals living with mental health/behavioral health concerns by assisting them and natural supports with identifying goals and taking specific steps to achieve them. This is a position that invites creativity in helping individuals overcome mental health-related barriers to employment.

Ideal candidate will have:
Certified Peer Counselor credential from the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery
Bachelor’s degree in a mental health or human/social services related field
Agency-Affiliated Counselor Registration from WA State Department of Health
Strong documentation skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Creative problem solving skills
Collaborative style

Case Manager I

Bridgeways is seeking a Case Manager to join our dynamic and forward thinking Employment Services team. You will be assisting individuals with mental health diagnoses build independence in employment by collaborating with the individuals, their support systems, the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), and our partnering mental heath agencies. This is a position that invites creativity in helping individuals overcome mental health related barriers to employment. You will collaborate with individuals in identifying their unique employment goals, help design plans to overcome barriers, with the ultimate goal being self sufficiency. Activities include creating resumes, building job skills, practicing coping skills that would be used on the job, helping friends and family understand how they can help, networking with potential employers, reducing stigma around working with individuals impacted by mental health symptoms, helping individuals and employers understand how to create reasonable accommodations for disabilities, and more. Services are provided in both office and community based settings in Snohomish and Skagit counties.

Case Manager II

Bridgeways is seeking a Case Manager II to join our dynamic and forward thinking Employment Services team. You will be providing direct service to individuals enrolled in the Bridgeways Employment Services Program, which will include regular outreach in the individual’s community. You will be assisting individuals with mental health diagnoses build independence in employment by collaborating with the individuals, their support systems, the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), and our partnering mental heath agencies. This is a position that invites creativity in helping individuals overcome mental health related barriers to employment. You will collaborate with individuals in identifying their unique employment goals, help design plans to overcome barriers, with the ultimate goal being self sufficiency.
