Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH)

Through robust outreach work, Bridgeways’ PATH team can reach clients and connect them with the necessary services to assist individuals in accessing housing, mental health services, substance abuse treatment, disability benefits, and other services to stabilize them and facilitate recovery.
