Our team partners with clients to help them overcome challenges to employment. Finding and retaining a job in the community is the goal! We also collaborate with other providers and natural supports, identified by the client as important to their success.
DVR provides vocational assistance and support to eligible individuals to get and keep employment. Eligibility is based on the presence of one or more disabilities that represent a substantial barrier to employment for which the individual requires vocational rehabilitation interventions to enter or keep employment.
The AJAC program caters to individuals presently engaged in the Bridgeways workforce, providing them with opportunities for further development and advancement within their current roles.
We partner with clients who have experienced challenges finding or keeping a job due to symptoms of a mental illness. Our goal is to help clients find and keep a job in the community that aligns with their interests, skills, abilities, and experiences. Employment builds a sense of accomplishment, hope, and self-respect. Work removes people from isolation and builds new connections, friendships, and supports.
