Staff leadership

Bridgeways is guided by a team of volunteer community leaders whose values, passion, expertise, and vision coalesce to ensure our work is meeting vital community needs now, and far into the future.

Andrea Duffield Bridgeways CEO

Andrea Duffield

Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining Bridgeways in February 2020, Andrea owned and operated MOSAIC Rehabilitation & Therapy Clinics providing adult and pediatric physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, psychology, and behavioral health services. She has been a licensed and certified speech language pathologist for over 25 years. Her clinical passion has been advocating for and working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.

Zhiyong Li

Director of Finance and Administration

Zhiyong Li joined Bridgeways in August of 2021. He has been an accounting professional for more twenty-five years, during which time he has held Controller and Finance Director positions.

Roger Iino

Director of Clinical Services

Roger has more than 45 years’ experience in the Behavioral Health, Juvenile Justice and Child Welfare service fields. He received his Master’s Degree in Psychology from California State University at Los Angeles, specializing in community mental health and is currently a Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Carrie Ford

Human Resources Manager

Carrie Ford joined Bridgeways in March 2021 upon moving back to Washington after a few years out of state. She has a background in benefits administration in a non-profit setting and was ecstatic to expand her role to Human Resources.

Tiffany Kostelyk

Director of Manufacturing

Tiffany started her manufacturing career right out of high school working for companies providing manufacturing services in Aerospace, Bio-Medical and Networking.

Michael Campbell-Danas

Director of Marketing and Development

Michael Campbell-Danas joined Bridgeways in December of 2020. He has a background in marketing and events, working mostly with non-profits that focused on the arts

Keith Ayson

PATH Program Manager

Keith Ayson joined Bridgeways in August of 2018. He has a background in clinical and organizational social work, specifically with aiding the homelessness crisis in Snohomish County.

Tim Erickson

Manufacturing Supervisor

Tim Erickson joined Bridgeways in April 2015. He learned the trade of being a machinist. Later programming CNC machines. He also has a background in estimating machine parts. He has worked in the Aerospace industry since 1980. He is currently supervising the wire shop and refurbishment area’s.

Ruby Golveo

Manufacturing Supervisor

Ruby joined Bridgeways in February of 2007. She came with a background as a high school math teacher for 16 years in the (Philippines) and a part time Bookkeeper for the same school.

Cathy Wheatcroft

Therapeutic Courts Program Manager

Cathy Wheatcroft joined Bridgeways in December of 2015 doing the Mental Health Alternatives Program (MAP) with the Everett Municipal Court

Melissa MacDonald

Clinical Services Business Manager

Melissa MacDonald joined the Bridgeways team in December of 2021. She spent a decade working in the debt collection industry, but made the transition into healthcare in 2021 after receiving her Master’s degree in Health Information Management

Olivier Goudreau

President

Olivier is a locally-based pilot with Horizon Airlines. He’s been grateful to experience an array of gratifying volunteer experiences through his workplace. Olivier sought a deeper kind of engagement opportunity, as his roots solidify and his career progresses… and he found it at Bridgeways.

Carl Schremp

Carl is an attorney at Adams & Duncan in downtown Everett. Carl’s practice focuses on business, banking, and real estate law. Carl was spurred to join the Board in 2018 out of a desire to contribute to community well-being and to assist Bridgeways’ mission of providing services to individuals living with a mental health condition.

Monty Vizcaya

Vice President

Monty Vizcaya is a retired military aviator. After his service, Monty worked in the Middle East for the largest aviation maintenance and repair facility in the region. He currently owns Vizcaya LLC, which focuses on unmanned consultation.

Ivette Bayo

Lynn Dollmeyer

Treasurer

Lynn is an experienced Finance Director with a career both in the non-profit and the for-profit business sector. Currently she works as the Controller for Seattle Symphony and Benaroya Hall, but has previously held a position at Bridgeways as the Director of Finance and Administration and then later as the Chief Operating Officer.

Sharon Smith Leroy

Sharon learned about Bridgeways as part of a team of project volunteers from Leadership Snohomish County, Reflecting on her work during the project, Sharon observed that “In working with staff and clients to document their stories, the recurring message of hope was profound and pervasive.

Kari O’Driscoll

Kari is a writer, mother of two and founder of The SELF Project, which works to increase community and resilience for teens and tweens. Kari joined Bridgeways’ board because she wanted to put her community engagement and event planning knowledge to work.

Brien Akers

Brien got know Bridgeways in 2016 when he was CEO of another Puget Sound-area social enterprise. Now retired, Brien felt an affinity for Bridgeways’ mission and impact, in part, because of his past experience in our field.
