Bridgeways, an Everett-based non-profit employment social enterprise, is celebrating its 40th year of serving Snohomish County. With new leadership and new approaches to outreach, Bridgeways celebrates its rich history of manufacturing and social service in the region and builds new partnerships to increase community engagement and educate the public about their mission.
In April, Bridgeways celebrated 40 years in the community with a partnership with Everett Music Initiative (EMI), bringing a live stream performance by local band, FRETLAND, as part of EMI’s HOMEBODIES music series, where they partnered with various local non-profits throughout Snohomish County. In May, “Mental Health Awareness Month,” Bridgeways is partnering with Scuttlebutt Brewing for its, “Give Back Friday,” campaign where 15% of sales at the Taproom go to Bridgeways. This is a free, public event so we’d love to see you there to show your support. The event will be Friday, May 28th with Bridgeways being in attendance from 5PM-9PM.
This fall, Bridgeways is also excited to be planning a signature event to honor the last 40 years of service to the community. The organization will be announcing more details about the event, in compliance with COVID guidelines, in the upcoming months.
