Bridgeways’ own social enterprise plays a central role in our work to create and sustain great jobs for adults living with mental challenges who have experienced barriers to employment. Thanks to our Mission-Focused Employees and our entire team, we deliver top-quality products to our customers.

What do accommodations look like at Bridgeways?

Our supportive work environment couples with some simple accommodations to help Mission-Focused Employees succeed. To help create opportunity for people with gaps in employment who are getting back into work life, we offer flexible, part-time schedules. On our shop floor, we often break complex job functions down into smaller jobs, to create an array of opportunities from entry-level to advanced.

Diverse Opportunities

Mission-Focused Employees hold jobs in every facet of our social enterprise including contract assembly, aerospace electrical assembly, bond and seal, materials management, shipping and receiving, and packaging. Many Mission-Focused Employees start with part-time schedules and build up their hours over time – gaining skills, experience, and confidence along the way. We often cross train employees for different roles, so learn multiple skill sets. For our manufacturing operations, having a nimble workforce helps us respond to changing customer demands.
