Unwavering Commitment to Serving Our Community
In total, Bridgeways served 943 individuals in 2024. Each person represents a unique journey, and we are proud to walk alongside them as they strive toward growth, independence, and community connection.
A Breakdown of The Numbers
Bridgeways Clubhouse’s Incredible Growth
In 2024, Bridgeways Clubhouse experienced incredible growth and impact, with a 436% increase in membership, welcoming 74 new members to the community. Several members achieved significant milestones, including securing safe and stable housing, while one began training for Certified Peer Counselor credentials, marking a step toward supporting others in their mental health journeys. A member beautifully captured the spirit of the Clubhouse, sharing, “The Clubhouse is a place where I can come and not feel judged. I get a lot out of doing work that refreshes me, and I can make friends at the same time.” These highlights reflect the Clubhouse’s unwavering commitment to fostering growth, connection, and belonging.
Supporting Stable Housing
In 2024, Bridgeways helped 48 individuals find permanent and safe housing. For those facing mental health challenges, having a secure place to call home is foundational to building a stable and fulfilling life.
Transformative Therapeutic Courts Program
Our therapeutic courts program continues to offer a vital alternative to traditional criminal justice pathways. In 2024, we completed 31 assessments and welcomed 29 new individuals into the program. Through these efforts, participants have been provided with tailored support to address underlying challenges and work toward healthier futures.
Employment Support and Success
Employment can be a powerful catalyst for recovery and independence. This year, 29 individuals enrolled in our supported employment program, and 15 individuals successfully secured jobs. These outcomes are a testament to the power of partnership, determination, and the customized guidance we provide to our participants.
Mental Health Alternatives Court
Bridgeways’ Mental Health Alternatives Court program remains a cornerstone of our work. This year, we supported 19 individuals navigating the complexities of the criminal justice system, offering alternatives that prioritize mental health care over incarceration.
