Safe Streets Supported Employment (SSSE)

SSSE is identical to our Supported Employment Program in terms of services provided and program goals. However, SSSE is a program designed to provide supportive employment services to individual who might otherwise fall through the cracks.

Often, SSSE clients are not currently engaged in mental health services, or treatment for substance use disorders. They might be experiencing homelessness or housing instability.

Our team partners with clients to help them overcome challenges to employment. Finding and retaining a job in the community is the goal!

Supports include:

  • Vocational assessment
  • Resume assistance
  • Interview skills and practice
  • Searching for job postings
  • Assistance with applications
  • Benefits counseling
  • Job retention support
  • Problem-solve issues that come up on the job
