Community Change Makers is Bridgeways’ signature annual fundraiser, and it’s about far more than one celebratory evening. Proceeds raised go directly toward the programs that move individuals from crisis to stability. 

In 2025 alone, Bridgeways impacted over 1,736 lives, including: 

• 786 individuals through supported employment 

• 744 individuals through supported housing 

• 158 individuals through the Jail Transition Program 

• 131 individuals through PATH (Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness) 

• 48 individuals through the Mental Health Alternatives Program 

• Raised more than $130,000 at our 2025 Celebration

This year’s Celebration brings guests together at Sparkman Cellars for an evening of connection and generosity, featuring a silent and live auction, a dessert dash, and a multi-course dinner, all in support of Bridgeways’ mission to help individuals living with mental health challenges build lives defined by growth, independence, and community.
